I phoned Richard with my problem which was my phone would connect to my wi-fi network but was unable to connect with the internet. He asked me to call to his address,which I did, and subsequently was able to overcome the problem. Quick and efficient service with a smile.
My wife dropped her phone and broke her screen on the Saturday. She needed it fixed pretty quickly so I called Fone Fixer to ask for some advice. I dropped the phone to him on the Sunday evening and was able to pick it up on Tuesday afternoon, all fixed up perfect with the exact same model screen. A very quick and efficient service for sure.
