The service was incredibly fast and accommodating, and my phone was fixed in no time. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The price is relatively affordable considering it located in London. Plus got that student discount. A real life saver. Highly recommended
Great experience, great prices punctual and I have a working laptop and a kidney! When I asked how much the repair would cost, they said I need to sell my kidney but thankfully I managed to hugger them down to £55!
I managed to smash my phone screen whilst visiting London, and given my phone is pretty old, it was almost impossible to find anyone able to replace the screen for me - but then I found fone doctors! Not only did they replace the rather rare screen within 5 hours of drop off, but they did it for a reasonable price and the service was great, so knowledgeable, friendly and personalised. Took my iPhone to fone doctors at London Bridge for a battery change. Service was quick and efficient, HOWEVER, 1 year later the phone has split open along one side due to swollen battery. Update: Fone doctors, having seen this review, immediately got in touch with me, and replaced the battery that same afternoon. Nice one!
