Where has this company gone, shutters down, no number to contact as its now invalid. I have sent messages via the Web page and Facebook page nothing. They have my daughters phone it was brand new which was in for a screen repair after an accident they have had it from the 28th may, the screen had to be ordered so I gave them a few days. Michelle is a DIAMOND and a genius with phones. I am elderly and most people don't have patience with elderly, Michelle has it in buckets. My phone was hacked and locked and 02 Belfast and 02 head office could only offer to unblock and my phone would be factory sett. No numbers, all apos, photos etc., gone. Michelle took time and patience and when I returned an hour later she was working away with my phone and when I left my phone was fully restored. She asked for a measly £19. Absolute lifesaver. I needed to send an important email by 5, but my phone had turned off and wouldn't turn back on. Not only did the kind woman working here have it fixed in minutes, she let me charge the battery and send that email too. If not for her, I'd be in serious trouble!
I would recommend avoiding this shop and instead, hiring skilled professionals for the repair. When I took my mobile for repair due to a broken screen, the technician asked for my mobile's name, but I wasn't entirely sure and suggested a possible name. After examining it, she informed me that the screen would be available on Friday.
