I am updating my prior review after new information came to light following our transition away from this firm. After taking over our books and engaging a new accounting agency, we discovered multiple material issues in the previous year’s records that required paid remediation. The books were not balanced at handoff, transactions and accounts had been miscategorized, certain credit card accounts were not set up or reconciled correctly, duplicate entries existed, and fixed assets did not align with the filed tax return.
