If you are thinking about it… don’t. You can never talk to Rob, the owner, for whatever reason. Maybe if you don’t make enough money for him. So small businesses beware, eventually you will never see him again. The “office manager” of this firm micromanages everything and if I wasn’t mistaken, is the real one who runs the firm. Which is crazy because she doesn’t even obtain a degree in anything, let alone the knowledge on how to run a smaller business and what small tax firm has an office manager?? I run my own small business and Foncannon CPA Group has been a life saver. They continuously answer any questions I may have and advise me on how to save the most while filing for taxes. Rob is so kind and always explains things when I’m unsure how something works. Caitlin is very prompt and always goes above and beyond to help me when I ask her about something! (Which happens a lot haha) I cannot recommend Foncannon enough.
