My engineered hardwood floor cost me 11 k. The work looks great but the creaking noise is horrible. Bay told me there was nothing he could do about the noise I was told by professionals that the underlayment was not put down and therefore the creaking was inevitable. A lot of money for unacceptable flooring. He has made no attempt to make it right.
