I had a 90 minute massage with Josh today and it was beyond excellent. Not only did the massage feel incredibly relaxing and nurturing, it also felt restorative and effective. Josh is truly gifted in his craft and has a great energy to him. I will be back next time I’m in Folly, for sure.
Just got back from my appointment at Folly Beach Medispa and I’m OBSESSED. My skin has never looked or felt this good! I had the Skinceuticals Illuminate Facial with dermaplaning, facial cupping, microcurrent full face lift, and every step was perfection. Carrah has magic hands and made the entire experience so relaxing and luxurious. My face is literally glowing, lifted, and smooth as silk. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and book! You won’t regret it!

I had an IPL facial with Carrah and it was an incredible experience! The spa is absolutely beautiful and has such a calming, relaxing atmosphere. Carrah took the time to sit down with me to discuss my skin concerns, explained the entire process in detail, and walked me through the post-care instructions. The facial itself was unbelievably relaxing, and Carrah’s sweet and gentle demeanor made the experience even better. She did an amazing job - I’ll definitely be booking with her again and can’t wait to try more treatments!
