Rude. Absolutely terrible customer service. My mom and I came in after walking in several other stores. It was as if we almost surprised the two women behind the counter. After working years in a boutique, I was so surprised at how umwelcoming my experience was at Folly. Sales associates talked to themselves the entire time we were in the store.
