Had to leave a review as I could not have asked for a better delivery for my large fragile item delivered today. The gentleman helped me lift it inside, took the time to let me inspect to make sure the item was free from damage. I wish I asked his name, what a wonderful delivery driver!
Ditched a 75kg pallet outside of my yard and left with some one elses signature. Called them to have it moved four times and when I did speak to a manager he refused to do any thing and yelled at me over the phone...

What is overnight freight???? Well followmont Brisbane said that they picked up good before 2pm will be overnight freight to Mackay. Unfortunately Followmont did the pick at 1100hrs on Monday excepted to be in Mackay next day well it didn't. Took 3 days to get to Mackay with no explanation no communication nothing. Call the Mackay office and no one knows where my deliveries at of even time frame not an apology nor refund on the overnight fee they charge me with l. Very disappointed. Never using again
