cant get my tax document. Was on hold for 1 hour. no one lift the phone.
My account was switched over when they purchased Motif. The site is super clunky and there are way too many clicks needed in order to do simple tasks. I sold positions and it took over 30 minutes to execute. Viewing performance data is like pulling teeth with the "Motifs" that I had transferred over and many of the functions don't seem to work. I'm pulling my money out before they try charging a fee.
They will not provide tax documents without a fee. The website does not allow me to download the tax documents, and they want to charge me $12.50 to send me my tax documents. I'm reporting them to the IRS. What a shameful company...even if they weren't obligated to provide tax documents, this kind of treatment of customers is 100% unacceptable!
TOTAL SCAM!!! Make sure you have your wallet when you leave the building they are thieves. I never asked for my account to be transferred there and then they charge you fees and sell your securities without telling you. Only a matter of time before they are hauled into court.
Hard to do business with this company. I have a FolioFirst account simple things are very hard. Need to change my bank account information. Must log in to send in a ticket. Wait for response. Must send an email with picture ID and "written" request. And then you must wait .... no response that request was received. and wait ....
