My barrister Chris Oldham successfully defended me on an IVO and two related criminal matters stemming from it. Took from 2020 to Aug 2023 to resolve everything. The complainant filed IVO on the very same afternoon I served my initiating application in family court. It was surreal driving to the police station for a police cell interview with no one about on the streets, kids taken from me by police, while the whole city was locked down.
