I attended Foleys List 2006 Commercial Law CPD conference at the RACV today which was wonderfully conducted and after hearing the speakers and the content I left assured about the caliber of the Barristers on this list. Very professional group.

I had Rika Teicher represent me in my case and it was an absolute disaster. She was completely unprepared, stumbled through cross-examination, and couldn’t even get her questions out properly. She came across as inexperienced, flustered, and completely out of her depth. I was genuinely shocked by how poorly she handled herself in court — it was embarrassing to watch and deeply frustrating to have her representing me. I would never recommend her to anyone.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. My Barrister was ANDREW DICKENSON, he charged to read my affidavit, saw there was perjury committed in the other persons affidavits, told me the judges did not care about perjury, wrote out his own weak affidavit (charged me again), waited till the last hour to lodge the affidavit, leaving no time to change his rubbish, then did not bring up anything at mediation, sat quiet and did not have any guts to fight for a paying client (even argued that I take the lowest offer) In my opinion pick the cheapest ba... read more
