Attorney Foley who I spoke with, AFTER filling out an online form and then repeating it all to the intake person, got on the phone and in between his loudly chewed bites of food, asked me AGAIN what I needed and then proceeded to interrupt me to rudely tell me “we don’t have time to evaluate your case” even though there is a full month before the two year statute for filing runs out. The person I spoke with was so incredibly rude and demeaning. I'm in disbelief that they would treat someone so rudely when they are telling you the horror and suffering they experienced.
Mr. Foley is the best attorney out there. He helped me with my case when he was not even my lawyer. He is an amazing human being and works hard to support causes he believes in. Foley went out of his way to help me with no questions asked. He keeps in touch with me to make sure I am okay and that my needs are being met. He is by far the most knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated attorney in the entire Northeast, PA region.
