A bit late on this! Folchi was an amazing place for us on short notice. My wife let me know late I needed a tux for an event. I went in here thinking no way I could get a tux same day and fitted. Coming in, I talked with Clayton and right away he showed his knowledge and abilities. I didn't expect him to be able to look at someone and find the right sizes to the T. Friendly receptionists both times I’ve been in. Came into get my suit fitted after coming in about a month ago and they lost my file, told me the jacket we chose last time was no longer available. After the fitting a guy working for Folchi’s delivering and taking away suits asked what my suit was for. I told him my wedding and he remarked “anyway I can talk you out of getting married” extremely rude remark for someone spending money at your establishment, Weddings are a primary part of your business. The least helpful people possible. Not sure if people were in a mood or what. Went to men’s warehouse instead - much easier experience
