Terrible quality suites. However, the worst part of the entire experience was Dawn who claimed she “ran the place.” Far and away the worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my 35 years on this earth. Her attitude was horrendous and I cannot believe she is in any sort of position to manage a business. I wouldn’t hire her to answer phone calls let alone be the face of this location. With pleasure I will never step foot in this establishment ever again.
Love the staff here and Dawn is amazing. Wedding or Prom it's the place to a tux.
Needed to purchase a 3-piece suit in May of 2024 for my Son's wedding; and Dawn at the Beechmont location did a sensational job! Her style and expertise are top notch! Reasonable pricing, quality fabrics, and great customer service. Thank you again to Dawn and her team!
Very friendly and helpful staff
Couldn’t recommend them enough! Dawn and her coworkers were very helpful. My stepdad was from out of town and they were able to work with him! We rented 4 tux’s from them for reasonable prices. It was around $200 for each. They were very accommodating and will be using them in the future for our tux rental needs.
