I have rented tuxedos multiple times for events and I could not recommend Folchi’s enough! The customer service is truly amazing and helped me the entire way through the process. They are very communicative and my rental was a perfect fit!

Went in there to rent tuxes for a wedding party. We were greeted by a young kid in a T-shirt and jeans and a young woman who clearly had no clue what she was doing and lacked customer service capabilities. When we finally got to a point where we were able to secure a tuxedo which came with numerous hassles, We are now being told that they can’t even provide that specific tuxedo. I’ve been going to Folchi’s in Anderson since high school (6-8 years), and I don’t see myself going anywhere else. Over the years, I’ve rented tuxes, I’ve bought suits, and every single time they take care of me. Dawn is a huge reason why. She knows her stuff. Dawn and the rest of the staff are so helpful! They accommodated me every step of the way for my wedding. Made adjustments for us on the fly, and they are just so kind and understanding! So happy I rented with them. My groomsman and I looked great!
