We LOVE Folchi’s! My family has been here for wedding and prom tuxes. We have had a wonderful experience! Dawn worked with us and she was phenomenal!! She was very personable and helped us in every possible way possible!
I appreciate what this business does, it offers a quick convenient option for teens to get what they need in order to enjoy their prom. However, our experience was less than satisfactory not because the product but because the customer service was poor. Dawn was outright rude. From the moment we tried on a tux jacket she was interjecting/yelling out objections on how the jacket looked on my son rather than allowing us to explore our options and converse about how my husband, my son and I felt about the fitting/colors etc. In... read more
