Why am I unable to redeem points in store for an oz but able to do it online? Also, asked for recommendation and went along with what the bright coloured hair girl suggested (expressing my frustration with a previous dry oz purchased here) only to come home and realize this was packaged on Oct 2025 - seems they may just be trying to get rid of old inventory. Disappointing experience.
