Very dirty! From the elevator to the 2nd floor gym, the condition of this location is extremely poor. The level of grime and buildup was alarming. I cannot believe that the YMCA has teen staff and their lifeguards tasked with cleaning. These poor kids are not cleaners, nor are they given the proper products/materials and/or equipment to properly clean this facility. The staff there is top notch. I walked in originally just to get a tour of the facilities and possibly get a membership. The facilities are more than what I expected but what really sold me was the customer service and friendliness of the staff. The manager Carlton took good care of us and the rep Ciara was very knowledgeable of everything and took her time when showing us what this location had to offer.
