Let me just say that Santa needed a little assistance making a Christmas wish come true and Lisa at Fog town toys was able to make it happen! She was friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and just all around awesome! I will order from her again in a heartbeat!!
I called and spoke to a guy about wanting to have a big balloon bouquet delivered to a friend. He said he would have to ask someone if it was possible, which is says delivery on their website, and he would call me back tomlet me know. Waited 4 or more hrs with no return call so i called back and got Lisa's voicemail. I left a message with this information and no return call.
