Walked in. Looked at some toys. Young person behind the desk did not ask if we needed any help whatsoever. Then when we asked for the code to the bathroom he said they did not give it out. Which has never been my experience in any of the shops here. I have an 8-year-old child with me and it was very off-putting

Let me just say that Santa needed a little assistance making a Christmas wish come true and Lisa at Fog town toys was able to make it happen! She was friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and just all around awesome! I will order from her again in a heartbeat!!
