If I could give this place a zero stars I would. Don’t ever let your hospital send your loved one here and I sincerely mean it. From the jump the staff had no idea how to treat my father. One nurse would say one thing while another contradicted the other. They brought in a random guy who is apparently a wound nurse dressed in sweats and sandals to treat my father’s wound. Getting ahold of any staff at this location has been a nightmare. Getting a hold of corporate is also non existent.

I have worked in healthcare for many years, and I can honestly say that Mr. Bernard is the most compassionate and dedicated administrator I have ever had the privilege to work with. He is truly hands-on with residents—helping with feeding, bathing, dressing, transfers, and responding immediately during emergencies. What stands out most is that he never considers any task beneath him; he stays with residents until they are safe and comfortable. I want to recognize Silvia, one of the employees , for her exceptional compassion and professionalism. She consistently treated my friend’s mother with dignity and patience, even on difficult days. Her kindness truly made a stressful situation much easier for us. She goes above and beyond, and we’re incredibly grateful for her care.
