I wanted to write this review for the activity director at Focus Care. Carla Hudgen is genuinely passionate about the seniors at this facility. She organizes outings for the residents who are able to participate. My Aunt also attends various activities that Carla organizes at the facility. The residents are rewarded with gifts, which keeps them engaged and excited about their time there. Carla is also very involved with the family members. This the worst facility I have ever seen. My grandmother have gotten physical therapy in over 2 months, staff committing fraud on my grandmother case posing as a relative, they talk to you crazy over the phone, very unprofessional. Neglected her wound on her leg when she first got there for almost a week.

I am updating my review. This place and these people are crazy. They let go of the best thing that happened. Sabrina was the BEST DON I have ever encountered. I may not be nothing but a number Focused Care, but I was a human being to Sabrina. Do not come here, don't bring your family here. Ask anyone here. This was a big mistake! I will go wherever she is at. I have been a resident here for 7 years. I have had some good times and not so good times. But the past few months have been great. My sister Bettie been a resident for two years. The staff there is polite and very nice I would recommend this facility to anyone. The activity, Director her name is Carla which she always gets the residents involved all the activities that they have.

My sister has been a resident for the past 2 years. The activity director Carla has been a great help with my sister's transition to the faculty. She is always planning activities and outing. The DON Sabrina and her nursing staff are also very helpful.
