DONT DO IT! Roaches! THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! THE NURSES LET YOUR GRANDMOTHER LAY IN STOOL. RUDE NURSES.ADMIN DOSENT CARE. NIGHT NURSES GO OUTSIDE AND SIT IN CARS. WHEN YOU WALK TO NURSES STATION THEY ACT YOU ARE AN INCONVIENANCE WHILE PLAY ON THEIR PHONES. WHILE THEY TAKE CARE OF PATIENTS. TRUST ME..MISTAKE SOME GOOD NURSES LIKE EDNA,KASEY, LATASHA, LAQURESHIA.

Best experience well kept up staff is very helpful and acknowledges us everytime I can honestly say I can rest my head at night knowing my grandpa is in a safe facility

Our Mom has received great care at Focused Care Webster for the last 4 years. The staff is kind and supportive. For example, Focused Care regularly takes my mom to Doctor appointments, and on outings such as to WalMart, movies or restaurants. They also have an in-house beauty salon at the facility so Mom can still get her hair done. I’ve noticed that Mom always gets her medication in a timely manner.
