I did my volunteer hours at focused care in Webster! It was the best experience, I loved working with the activity director Mersha! She was an amazing person to work with!
My MIL has only been there a short period of time. Every mid morning we would go visit, Everytime, we find my MIL soaking in her waste, no water in the jug, and no response to the call button. When they finally show up and told what is needed it takes them a while to go get the supplies needed. To be fair, there are a couple nurses/Aid who show up and provide proper care. The facts that you refuse to answer the phone, the fact that you don't want to care for your patients the way you suppose to is SAD!!! Oh and all of a sudden all the administrators left for the day smh this place is sad!!!!!!!
Move your loved one as soon as possible from this company. Any of their locations. I give the a one star because I had to select something but they company and staff deserve no stars!!!!!!!!!!!!
