My dad was treated like shit they lady was a nurse and didn’t seem to care if he had anyone to sign paperwork. On top of that she was playing on her phone in the front. Don’t work in the elderly industry if you don’t like your job!

THEY HAVE COVID ALL THE TIME. Roaches are in rooms and public bathroom. TERRIBLE PLACE TO PUT A LOVED oNE. my uncle cant speak for hiself. When i check on him he is full of stool. Nurses cough and dont wear mask. . Staff are not checking on residents that are being forced to stay in rooms. A man has a wound and it is leaking down the hall. When i told staff they just pass it to the next person. Nobody answers the phones when u call. UPDATE i called the number that replied and THEY DIDNT ANSWER EITHER
