Wonderful facility with great staff and sweet residents everyone is always so friendly and the facility is clean and always decorated for each holiday. The department manager’s all worked very hard and have big hearts.

The Administrator is caring and receptive. He has a heart for all those he serves. If you need something fixed, call Dan. Highly recommend this home for short or long term care.

I have found Focused Care in Waxahachie, Tx. to be a caring little jewel in the nursing home world. My son is in his 5th month of care there and I have found if you take the time to really communicate with them, they get their job done right. They want to take great care of their clients, but their success depends on families being involved in the process. I don’t recommend this place. It had my stepdad wait 6 hours to be changed, he’s disabled. They laughed at us for asking for a tv remote. The trashcan was full and hasn’t been changed. There was food all over the floor and giant pee puddle left there. The AC doesn’t work at all and the windows barely open to let some air in. When it does work there is only hot air. He hasn’t had an actual shower for about a month since he been here. We left clothes here for him to wear and the workers hasn’t put them on him at all. They have... read more
