dropped off a order here… smells like pee really bad. do better
To be fair, I have no major issues with the care my sister received during the 2+ years she was a resident at this facility, particularly after she moved to Station 1. That nursing team was responsive and communicative and my sister was well cared for. However, business operations is a problem. Since last fall, I have been trying to recover funds that were left in my sister's trust account when she passed in July of 2025. I have called the facility so many times now they know who I am. I had a great experience with the care and support provided by Cindy Alexander. She went above and beyond for the needs of my grandmother and I am forever grateful for her gentle spirit, advocacy and attention to my grandmother physiological needs.
The social worker here is amazing. She is punctual, professional, and helpful all around. Would recommend her to anyone.
