I am writing this review as the best friend of a person who recently passed at Focus Care in Sherman, and I simply cannot express enough gratitude. While the facility is an older building, it is remarkably well-maintained—far exceeding others in its age bracket—and the staff's dedication makes this place truly shine. The staff are amazing, the leadership team is the best it's ever been! Very passionate CNA's and overall a great team! Would definitely recommend this facility to any searching families.

Be warned, this company hired my company for repair services. Repairs were completed and that was in 2022! They still have never paid us even after multiple calls and emails. Id never recommend any facility that cant seem to pay a $361.56 bill, to take care of my loved ones. BE WARNED. THEY ARE SHADY!!!!
If I could give this facility NEGATIVE stars I would! It is true like others have said the staff leave the patients lying in their waste!.I have made the appointment complaints to who I need to..They mock you and can not pronounce people's names correctly..I had one person grab my dinner tray away from me and I was not done eating it.
