DO YOUR HOMEWORK FIRST BEFORE PLACING A LOVED ONE HERE. I'm a 58 year old disabled man, a former surgical first assistant, who's lived at this facility for over a year, but now that I'm ready to once again live independently, these folks are literally trying to break me, because they'd rather have my income than let me peaceably discharge. It seems to be that they treat their patients poorly and don't give the the sleep they need. Patients there are hurting ways that shouldn't be imagined.
Terrible place, small, over crowded, rude and rough staff and all the residents seem timid and weary. Not a good atmosphere.
