Great staff!
If I could give this place a 0 I would. It smells of urine and feces in this so called nursing home. It is blamed on the residents. Aren't the residents in care of the workers? The social services department allows non family members to make decisions for the patients. Decisions that should only be made by the patient and family. Karen is an absolute joke and should be fired. The director of Social Services Nicole does not return phones call after multiple attempts over a whole week span. Grandma is there at focused care now. She was at another place before and we are sure glad she is at focused care. Her favorite CNA is Jacob and they all treat her real good and she loves the food.
Nicole the administrator is such an awesome person and the way she runs the facility; hands down is the best I've ever seen. She is a great to this establishment.
