This facility is dropped off my mom currently located there. I went by there today to visit her when walked into the facility I met a man at the front desk a nurse and I asked for my mom gave him her name and he said she would be in the dining room area. OK me and my daughter went to the dining room area. My mom was nowhere to be found. I went to her room and found her hold it in her bed Call light was on. I did not know how long it had been on.
