Focus Care at Hamilton is a home away from home. With the friendly staff and other residents always welcoming. The building is nestled on a large property but the building has a homey feeling. The upper management exceeds all others. Always willing to assist you or your family with anything they can. I recently toured this facility for a project I am working on. I am measuring this facility against other facilities I have toured. Focused Care in Hamilton is by far the cleanest, friendliest, and most professional long term care facility I have experienced. From the Administrator (Carrie Platt), the Director of Nurses (Tiffany English), Assistant DON (Mel), and Activities Director (Mike) I am confident this facility is the best in the region.
I can not say enough good things about Focused Care. My dad spent 6 months there recently and I was impressed by the quality of care. It seamed EVERYONE from the front office to the housekeeping staff knew my dad and his situation. Every staff member took time to talk and visit when they were in his room. It was a tough time for the family but it would have been much worse if it were not for the wonderful care that Focused Care provided. I highly recommend them.
The absolute sweetest and most considerate staff! Wonderful atmosphere!!!
