There's not enough staff to help. Need more staff. The food needs more seasoning. Oat meal needs to cooked longer. I as made to sit too long in my wheelchair as my back was hurting bad.
Our Grannie has been there for a while now.I really like the people that care for her. She is happy there and that's the most important.
I have been at Focused care for 5 years. Focused Care at Crane has made me feel at home. The love I receive here is unmatched and has truly made my life better. They have the best activities available, staff that becomes family, and friends I will keep for a lifetime. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs it.
When I tell you how impressed I was with Amber that is an understatement! She is such a light and loves and cares for her patients very well. I would trust her with my own family or even myself. She’s amazing and I hope she knows it.
