When my loved one came into this place years ago it was a nice place to have him in. Whenever I visited during the week or on weekends they always had activities. Things have changed so much. Most of the Nurses and C.N.A.'s are rude, lazy and uncaring. They are always huddled in the hallways talking. Or around the Nurses Station sitting, talking to each other, or talking on their cell phones. They do not tend to the patients regularly. I recently visited this facility, and unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. The environment is poorly maintained—dirty, old, and dimly lit. The floors appear to have not been cleaned in years, and the restrooms are in deplorable condition. There’s an odd smell throughout, which made my skin crawl during my visit. The residents' clothes were dirty, and it seemed like the patients weren’t receiving adequate water or basic care. The team they have assembled at this facility is outstanding. We are one of their partners and we continue to be surprised by their level of commitment to their patients. We work together to provide services to their patients and return them back to the facility/home as soon as possible.
