I have met with John several times for various injuries and he has helped me to heal so I can get back to cycling and other activities I love doing as soon as possible. I cannot recommend Focus Physical Therapy enough - Britta and John are simply amazing. I came in for pre-surgery PT (hip labrum tear) as my surgeon highly recommended Focus. Britta and John took the time to truly assess what my body needed and they developed a plan - turns out it was glute strengthening. After working together for about 6 weeks (PT twice a week and at home exercises) I was shocked at progress I made and that my pain went away. Focus Physical Therapy & Wellness performed above expectations. The team isolated the cause of my physical issue, then worked on the foundations to build up my strength. The team created a routine, worked with me, making sure I had the correct form and understood what I could gain from each exercise.
