Great range of high quality products at a fantastic price point and amazing customer service to match with
Absolutely atrocious service. We walked in just before closing, and a female staff member with a very deep voice practically shoved us out the door. The rudeness was off the charts—I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a store. I understand it was near closing, but the way we were treated was downright disgraceful and unprofessional. I will never set foot in this chain again. Treating customers like they’re an inconvenience is a sure way to lose business.
I was served by Teghan, the store manager. Really liked everything about the service and the products, and I would definitely go again.
Tegan helped us with our purchase of our new couch we are loving it!! It’s my fave place to be now. Tegan was very informative and professional, can highly recommend.
