Very happy with both the product and service from this store. Prices were reasonable and delivery and install was great. Called prior, arrived when they said they would and delivery/install team were very nice and efficient.
Poor experience. Had to chase up my delivery day several times. Promised by furniture was coming from interstate on a particular day to then be told half my purchase was left behind and the other in store. In order to get my other half of purchase delivered to me i was told to pay and extra $100 on top of delivery fee. Customer service was terrible and weren’t understanding of the situation.
