Staff were easy to deal with and order over the phone, delivery drivers were professional and efficient
Had a great experience in store with a sales lady named Deb which ultimately led us to come back and purchase a couch , unfortunately during the delivery process there was a misunderstanding with the delivery date and it was scheduled without confirmation ! Recently purchased some dining chairs and a Granduer mattress from Focus. Chairs are on back order but the mattress is fantastic. Very happy with our purchase and staff communication and delivery.
We searched a through all of the major furniture stores before we knew we had made the right decision purchasing from Focus on Furniture. We purchased the Wesley 3 seat recliner couch and the Denmark 6 seater table and love them. Focus on Furniture has a great value for money with their products and we felt that quality was not sacrificed at all with their prices.
