I spoke to the manager in Flushing clinic, she said she will make a phone call to my claims adjuster last week and today I asked if she made a call. It looks like she never made a call even though she said she will. She lied. I will not come back to this clinic whether or not I will have insurance. They are too lazy sitting in the office.
Josephine Wong made me feel comfortable and at ease. I am confident that my OT sessions will bring me back to full recovery. She makes custom splint rings for finger injuries to help with joints which is unique to this practice. Looking forward to working with the other therapists both at the flushing and chinatown location.
Called to ask for directions to get to Flushing office because I was genuinely lost and could not find it in Queens Crossing but was given attitude and was yelled at by phone receptionist.
The therapists are all very kind and professional.
