With so many options out there it was hard to pick one. Jim and the rest of the team have been easy to work with, and results came faster than anticipated. The whole process from initial contact to delivery was well above what was expected. As much as I’d like to gate keep this company, I have to publicly recommend them!
Highly disappointed in this research firm. I was promised that my payment would be sent in a few days over a week ago and I am still yet to receive the payment. I did a social media avatar study through this company, for which I almost never did because the recruiter had mixed communication with the moderator for the time, luckily I ended up doing the study which was still 15 minutes late and went above the ending time. It shouldn’t take over a week to pay someone if y’all are so proactive about wanting clients for research.... read more
