Cortney is incredible. I have dealt with massage therapists and physiotherapists in my life, but none with the knowledge and technique she uses. Her methodology is based on physiology; she truly understands how the body and joint muscles work together. The exercises she gave me solved the problem in the long term, not just bandaged it.
