I have never experienced such substandard service. I am really disappointed that I've paid a monthly fee for an hourly rate while no work was being done with my account. I brought up these concerns and was reassured that they were working on my file. I asked the owner Brooks repeatedly for two months to send me any work that has been done. Brooks could not provide any proof any work had been done at all. He dodges phone calls and never gets back to me.
