At Focus you are penalized for something that is out of your control. They will charge you a $15 card replacement fee if your account gets compromised. You also have to call a 3rd party fraud department to dispute the fraudulent charges. Then they either email or mail you a form to fill out that you have to fax or mail back to the 3rd party company before they can start to process your request. Worst customer service ever…
My boyfriend and I stopped into this credit union in order to transfer money into his mother's account. We got there around 4:30pm and the 2 women behind the counter were rude from the beginning. When my boyfriend explained that he wanted to put money in to him mom's account, he then asked if there would be a processing time or if his mom could use the money right away, and the lady looked at him like he was an idiot and in a snotty tone asked "What are you talking about?".
