I've had 3 loans with this branch and have only dealt with Gail. When you need a loan it's not the best situation but Gail alone has made every process of this situation hasslefree and she also gave me that comfortable home feeling. I never thought I'd sit in an office and get back to home times sharing stories with a loan officer🤣The service and loan rates exceed expectations and I can always count on Gail at Focus!!!
Usually, almost no wait time to speak with an associate. They are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. I truly enjoy doing business with Focus CU! 🤗
