Do not bank with them for auto loan they put judgments on your name not once did they attempt to call me about the insurance not paying the off for my loan they put my life in danger i would never bank with them ever again i suggest you not too
If I could have a opinion of no stars that is what I would give I have a car loan through them and it has nothing but a nightmare trying to pay my payments is like pulling teeth had to contact them monthly just to make sure the payment went through then I made extra payments and it never gets accounted for ,days when my establishment says it was cleared days ago…absolutely Horrible
I dealt with the nicest young man today. At both focus credit unions I’m weary because i never know what I’m going to get. Today he was friendly and easy to take care of my transaction. I didn’t get his name but thank you for what can be a frustrating situation smooth and pleasant!
