As far as this bank it is outdated as far as the card system. I live a few hours away and use this bank for buisness and the experience has been treachrous. The fact that this is my last day banking with this bank due to a very hostile conversation with Angela. Angela hung up in my face after she rudely advised me that she would " never ever wave a fee for me again". Best bank I've ever used by far. I would recommend this to anyone who likes building interest and having reliable staff support as well as neat benefits to help you continue banking with the franchise.
I am dissatisfied with this bank because I opted for no over draft protection and I was not advised its the banks decision whether they enforce it or not.
