Focus bank has been used by my family for three generations, but it ends with me. They're unrealiable to be trusted with YOUR hard earned money. They pose a risk to middle and low income families just trying to get by. They double charged me on all my bills which made my bank go into negative 3000 dollars. I couldnt pay my bills that day, my car was threatened to be repo'd due to the strict agreement I purchased it under, and I couldnt buy food for my family that day. The woman at the window named Karen was just awful. After asking for a blank check she asked for an account number. I offered her my ID and told her I didn’t know it off hand. She sighed and rolled her eyes at me. I asked if that was fine, she said “yea” rolled her eyes again. I made a comment to my husband about how rude she was being. I’m sure she heard me Bc she looked up and very snarkily smiled at me. She gave the blank check and made a point to show where the account number was.
