Initially helpful and got me out of a bind with a suitable replacement boat trailer. However had to chase up to ensure deposit had been received. Had agreed to get them to register the trailer and paid the fee upfront before delivery however we mutually agreed not to get it registered but still have not received a refund or a final invoice showing the trailers total cost which I need. Best place ever!!!
We were in a bind. Bought a caravan and needed a brake controller, between Christmas and new year! Called around. Everyone was closed. But FNQ trailers saw the missed call and replied. Even though they were miles away on holiday they arranged for someone to open the shop so we could get the item needed. Outstanding service. Above and beyond. Highly recommend.
