Paid nearly $500 for a projector lamp and replacement via an online invoice sent by Alfonso. Was initially informed there was a 2-week lead time for the lamp. Two weeks later, no update from Alfonso. I messaged him again and was informed another 10-day delay. 14 days later and still no update. I called the store directly twice. Both times, the store rep had none of my account information on file despite having already collected my funds for a full month. I messaged and called Alfonso a dozen more times on Whatsapp. No reply.... read more

We had work done by FNC Home Theater for our media room to setup projector and speakers with a control 4 system back in 2022. The install and overall experience was great. Currently and a few months back we needed help for which a phone consultation was needed to perform a setup to our fully built out media room by FNC and I have called 2-3 times and I am told each time they will call me within an hour or two and I never received a call back. We had work done by FNC Home Theater on our outdoor setup. Set up an outdoor tv and speakers back in 2021. That install and overall experience was great. Fast forward to now, I needed to do an update/upgrade to our fully built out media room and I have called 4-5 times. 3 times I called to their main line and I am told each time they will call me within an hour or two. I called this company to request a consultation for a home theater and never received a call back. I called one week later to inform the intake representative that I never received a call. She apologized and assured me that someone would call me. Days later…..still no call. I believe this is very unprofessional, and I’m now relieved that they didn’t call me, if this is the type of service that they provide. FNC installed our home theater a couple of months ago, and we could not have been happier with the entire process. From our initial consultation in which Alfonso walked us through the different options that fit our budget and our needs all the way through the installation process, we appreciated their attention to detail and their personalized service.
