The best bank ever. Nala is very helpful and great with her customers.
Refused to help with unauthorized charges on my debit card. Management locally and corporate in Destin are both rude, and refuse to help in retrieving non authorized charges on my account. Don't waste your time at this "good old boy bank."
Very friendly people, always eager to be of assistance. When I forgot my pin they were very gracious arranging a new one. Have banked with them for years, and always has been a good experience. My husband and I have separate accounts, and they have not once confused the two. Good job FNBT!
I had a business account for many years. They would hit me with every kind of service charge that they could think of. Way too many deposited items held. Sometimes they would hold funds for more than 10 days when I needed that money to get work done. I am so happy at my new bank; I feel they are working WITH me, not against me.
