Stay away from this bank I repeat stay away from this bank this Bank owns the Scheels visa credit card and they are a bunch of scammers They forced me to get my documents notarized in order to access my account again And they were really rude about it. Stay away from this garbage bank just stick to the known bank companies.
I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with First National Bank of Omaha regarding a simple refund check. I requested a refund of my credit balance on August 27, 2025, but FNBO didn’t send a valid check until October 1, 2025 — more than a month later. Their written response claimed this was “within required timeframes,” citing a 21-business-day waiting period, but that’s just an internal policy, not a federal rule.
