I use the 24th Oak location drive thru and the women there are the most sour, unfriendly people to deal with. They act like handling my money is a huge inconvenience to them EVERYTIME! One young man there, I wish I knew his name, is friendly, he smiles and treats you like a customer. The next time I see him I will let him know I appreciate his kindness and professionalism, the women there could learn from this young man!
Terrible customer service, subpar customer portal, no reasonable attempt to communicate with customers. DO NOT do business with FNBO. This is a poorly run, completely unprofessional institution.
Literally the worst bank experience I’ve ever had and their fraud department is a joke. They’ll tell you they know someone made fraudulent withdrawals from your account then credit it and three months later send a text saying hey we know this was fraud but we’re not covering it making your account negative thousands of dollars. Trash. Good luck getting the money. 🤣🤣 You can bop and kick rocks.
Customer service is absolutely terrible. Getting to a potential contact that could actually hear and understand your issue is impossible. You are a number to this company, not a person. In response to your reply, I did speak to two escalation managers and a customer care employee. Having a "policy" is one thing but uneducated staff that cant speak to what that means in detail and then treats you as incompetent is inexcusable. Closed my account.
