Customer service is absolutely terrible. Getting to a potential contact that could actually hear and understand your issue is impossible. You are a number to this company, not a person. In response to your reply, I did speak to two escalation managers and a customer care employee. Having a "policy" is one thing but uneducated staff that cant speak to what that means in detail and then treats you as incompetent is inexcusable. Closed my account.

This bank is atrocious in every way. Every time I call and ask for something it's a flat out no. I submitted a dispute about a Toro host, charging me for the incorrect location of returning the car and all they did was look at one message from the host and the one paragraph of terms of agreement and denied me my $53. It's not about the money. It's about the principal and this bank does not take care of their customers. I'm ashamed of myself that I'd pick this Bank in the very beginning and I will be moving soon. Worst bank BY FAR!! My father is sick and on his deathbed, AND THEY TOOK MY ABILITY TO UTILIZE OVERDRAFT!!!! NO notice, NO LETTER, NO NOTHING! MY INCOME HAS ONLY GONE UP, AND MY EXPENSES THE EXACT SAME. NOW I CANT GO SEE MY FATHER , AND THIS US NAVY VETERAN IS ABOUT TO NO LONGER BE LIVING AND BREATHING!!
