UPDATE JUNE 23, 2025. I finally got a copy of the mystery letter, that they claim they Sent me when they closed the account; and after I contacted them about it. I never received those letters!!! The copy that I received today had no signature on it, so it's possible that they created this letter recently. Again, no signature!! If this was a copy of the original, it should have had someone 's signature on it. I see why their rating is low. I'm happy to be done with them. I went to their website as recommended by the representative in the response to my initial review, and there was no way for me to send a secure or any other type of email. Ive been a customer at FNBO for the last 25 years! They've always done an amazing job and through the years only gotten easier and better! Love that they don't charge a fee for over the limit like my Chase account. They are quick to research any issue and add funds back in right away while they research issues. Absolutely recommend FNBO.
