Called to let them know I was making a large charge. It went through but then spent hours on the phone with the fraud dept to get my card active again on my online account. I will be cancelling my card.
William and Debra are exceptional. Every interaction we have with not only these 2 but every member of the FNBO team at this location is exceptional. Their kindness, professionalism and courtesy is consistent with every interaction we have with them. We are in the branch or through the drive thru several times a week and truly appreciate their outstanding and superior customer service.
Terrible company. Opened a MGM credit card. Got the card about 2 weeks after approval. Used it a few times in the first week to meet reward criteria and then it stops working. Call them and customer service says my account was closed. They could not give any reasoning why or do anything to look into it. Called a few times and was just bounced around to 4-5 people each time, and noone could tell me why it closed. ATROCIOUS. Call center in Asia. My credit card payment is automatically deducted from my checking account and I wanted an extra $75 per month to come out to be applied to the PRINCIPAL amount and shorten the term of the note. Told that it was "no problem". July did not take the extra amount out. Called about August told : No can do. Confusing explanation so I will have to send in a paper check each month to accomplish this simple task. ALSO ---- when I signed up for the card the interest rate was @ 10%. I had been with my previous bank since the early 80s. When they merged with a large conglomerate bank they lost that personal touch. I found that small town bank feel when I transfered my accounts over to FNBO. I highly recommend that anyone go and check them out, just like I did.
