We originally went to the FNB on 168th and Maple to open an account for my minor child. They wouldn’t do it because we didn’t have an ID for her. We had a birth certificate and SS card. We left and call the FNB on 204th. We spoke with Payton A, who was very helpful and so sweet. She was able to open an account for my daughter with the documents we had. We appreciate her for her help and kindness.

Convenient. Super friendly staff. Just seems like they need a few more employees. Going inside took a bit of time. All I was doing was getting some cash. Other than that have no complaints.
