Worst bank to ever to exist
Best bank I've ever used. I have never had an issue here. No surprise fees, nothing. I can open multiple accounts, get a loan, manage my money in person or in the app, they will even give me a new card on the spot! If there's any suspicious activity they let me know right away or they take action. My personal favorite is the fact I can take out some of my money or I can take it all and still keep my account open. Another bank, charged me something like 500$ and I was so incredibly outraged, NOTHING like that has ever happene... read more
Mayra at this branch is an absolute rockstar! I've needed a bunch of assistance with our business account, credit card, and debit card and she's been such a huge help - and PATIENT! Couldn't recommend her enough. Hope to see her continue to advance her career with FNBO.
I wish I never opened an account with them. They froze my account and won’t give me any written documentation about my account being frozen. I reported this bank to the FDIC. Also whoever answers the phone has a major attitude.
First National Bank has to be the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Just FNBO in general, not this location specifically.
