This is absolutely the worst place to do business with. Long story I'll try and give just the highlights. I had a Scheels card that was compromised. I called in and they ask you a bunch of questions, supposedly closed the card and issue another one. About a month later I find charges on my card I didn't make in another part of Texas. I called customer service and asked about them. They said it was because I didn't opt out. I asked, opt out of what? They stated that a retail store submits the old card for payment and bounces ... read more
Do yourself a favor and find a loan shark before you get a credit card through FNBO! Worst app, impossible customer service with no one that can speak English proficiently enough to handle issues professionally. Trying to dispute unauthorized charges or to close your account, to use any one of at least 10 better banks, is an absolute pain in @$$. I’m not sure why MGM would want to be associated or run their rewards card through FNBO, but what a mistake! Left a huge bad taste for both companies.
Why doesn't anyone answer the phone here !!!! Called customer service waited 20min for agent. Her headset kept breaking up or bad connection. Told her 3 times could not understand your headset bad. Why is it so hard to get the biggest bank in Omaha to answer a phone call . Finally gave up , which is what they want I think. So frustrating
