I am extremely disappointed with this credit card company's handling of a fraud claim. Over $3,500 in fraudulent charges were made on my account. Despite reporting the fraud and disputing the charges, I was ultimately told that because I did not report my card as lost or stolen before the transactions occurred, I would be held responsible for the charges.
