I was just looking up info on my bank and couldn’t believe that anyone would have anything bad to say about FNBO in Yorkville. Are we talking about the same location? FNBO in Yorkville, IL? Racist pos hung up on me while I was trying to explain to her why the check I deposited returned! Cut me off in the middle of my sentence and hung up on me... totally unprofessional!
We bank at the Yorkville location and have for over 30 years. During those 30 years we have used many of their services. They are helpful, welcoming and professional. Although some of the faces have changed over time, we would never bank anywhere else!
