The Yorkville Bank and Sandwich bank are very customer friendly. Unfortunately the MAIN Bank in Omaha lacks this characteristic & Desire for customer service.
I was just looking up info on my bank and couldn’t believe that anyone would have anything bad to say about FNBO in Yorkville. Are we talking about the same location? FNBO in Yorkville, IL? Because every time I go in that branch…and I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME…everyone is kind and cordial and they know me by my first name.
