ATM never works. Tellers are under trained with attitude. Thinking about canceling both my accounts.
after several times being told the amount of cash i am trying to deposit is off.. i realize i have been getting ripped off here, at this location specifically on depositing cash.. i have had to ask the teller to recount and they have come back and said my amounts were right. after the last time my amounts were off i went home and realized they were not. so i go to deposit today & had several people count out $1,000 and went to the bank. they first came back and said it was off by $130. i explained there was no way i’ve count... read more
I would avoid starting a relationship with this bank. They will promise you a team driven approach and fall flat on all aspects of helping their customers. Skip this bank.
Counts money fast, quick process to get through and free candy sometimes. Sadly they removed hot chocolate stand and change counting machine.
One of it's only kind. Green in Omaha a great color.
